Renewed Hope Agenda is Yielding Fruits – Remi Tinubu

The First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, has articulated that the Renewed Hope Agenda set forth by the administration of Bola Tinubu is indeed bearing fruit, benefitting all Nigerians.

She emphasized this sentiment during the inauguration ceremony of the Community Information Technology Centre and the Alternative High School for Girls, held on Tuesday in Bauchi.

Asserting the significance of these projects within the framework of the Renewed Hope Agenda, she highlighted their tangible benefits, particularly for women and children across Nigeria.

“The Community Information Technology Centre is a crucial initiative catering to the needs of women and girls, a testament to the Renewed Hope Agenda’s commitment to leveraging technology for societal advancement,” she remarked.

Under the aegis of the Renewed Hope Agenda and in collaboration with the National Information Technology Development Agency, the Community Information Technology Centres have been established across the six geopolitical zones of Nigeria.

These centers aim to empower women and girls in the digital sphere, fostering inclusivity and equipping them with essential skills for the modern world.

Furthermore, Tinubu underscored the significance of the Alternative High School for Girls, an initiative spearheaded by the Federal Government under the Universal Basic Education program for the North-East region.

This project seeks to address educational disparities by enhancing enrollment, retention, and completion rates among girls while equipping them with vital skills for future success.

In her address, Tinubu reiterated the overarching goal of these initiatives: to mitigate school dropouts and academic failure rates, thereby ensuring access to quality education for all Nigerian children.

She also urged women to serve as role models, fostering unity and solidarity to advance the welfare of others within the country.

Governor Bala Mohammed commended the Tinubu administration for its foresight and commitment to implementing projects that directly impact the lives of the people in Bauchi state and the wider North-East region.

“Bauchi is fortunate to host projects that cater to the needs of our region,” he remarked, pledging continued government support to sustain these initiatives for the benefit of all citizens.

Accompanying Oluremi Tinubu on her visit are the wives of North-East governors, demonstrating a collaborative effort to support and champion initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of women and children across the region.

In summary, the inauguration of the Community Information Technology Centre and the Alternative High School for Girls stands as a testament to the tangible progress being made under the Renewed Hope Agenda, reaffirming the commitment to uplift and empower all segments of Nigerian society.
